A family-run Rutland housebuilder building a few limestone homes a year with their own masons and joiners. An editorial site with developments, homes for sale and the story behind the stone.
What we did
An editorial-style build for a developer whose selling point is craft, not volume. Development pages with plans and progress, a homes-for-sale listing the family can update, and a long-form about section covering the stone, timber and the people on site. Restrained typography and large photography throughout.
Outcome
A website that reads like the houses feel — considered, unhurried and local — and gives buyers an enquiry route for each development. Results: the new site launched in September 2026 and received 97 organic visits in its first four weeks at an average Google position of 8 (Google Search Console).
